Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on any product. Wearable products, ones that touch the skin, must be unworn and unwashed. All products must be in the original packaging. You can choose between a refund to the original payment (minus shipping costs) or an exchange.

Our Performance Guarantee applies to the thinSOLE line of products. If you notice abnormal, unusual, or premature wear, we want to know. We'll work with you on a refund or exchange.
